CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read this policy before booking any appointments at Fountain Aesthetic Artistry as no exceptions will be made - by booking you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Cancellation Policy.

 

Please give at least a 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  Please utilize the booking site to make changes to your appointment or call or text us.

 

RESCHEDULING:  Rescheduling of appointments may be done at anytime.  However, if you wait to reschedule with less than 12 hours or less before your appointment, you will lose your deposit and be required to pay a new one upon rescheduling.  This includes appointments that have been pre-paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW:  Cancellation of appointments may be done at anytime.  However, if you wait to cancel until 12 hours or less before your appointment, or no call/no show, you will not only forfeit your deposit, but you will also be required to pay the full balance for your missed appointment before you can re-book with us.  This includes appointments that have been pre-paid in full.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please call or text  as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.  You may also be required to re-book and pay a new deposit. Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility.  All clients receive thorough consultations as well as detailed, precise work - we will not be forced to rush your appointment or others’.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change.  All new clients must book "Session 1" regardless of if you have had microblading previously.

Procedures and deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

PAYMENT

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal are preferred.  All major credit cards are accepted.  

 

All appointments require a valid credit card on file.  Cards are only charged for no show appointments and cancellations within 12 hours which will both result in the full amount of the service being charged.

 

 

GUIDELINES

A consultation is not necessary to book your first appointment, unless you have had previous work in which case please send clear photos of your existing tattoo in good lighting via email or text. This will help assess and determine if revisions can be made. No guarantee is made for corrective/cover up results. If your existing tattoo is too dark or misshaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended.  Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions - charges will apply accordingly.

Healed results will vary for each individual client. There is no control over what occurs during the healing process (i.e. how your skin heals and retains pigment). I offer no guarantee and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Charges will apply accordingly.  For brows, microblading normally requires multiple sessions. Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed.

Numbing cream is used during the service to minimize discomfort. however, sensitivity and/or discomfort may be present based on the client’s sensitivity. 

​

Please remember that permanent makeup applications are hygienic procedures. Treatment rooms are for the technician and client only. No spectators will be allowed. If needed, seating is available in our lobby area for adults to wait during your procedure. For safety reasons, unsupervised children are not permitted.
